What do I do if water is leaking at the water heater?

Try to turn the water off at the copper lines coming out of the wall (if there is a cut-off valve). If not, turn the water off in the alley. This will prevent more water from entering the water heater.

My heater quit working!

Check you air filter(s) and replace if needed. If that does not help, start a fire in your fireplace and put on some extra clothing while you call Sinclair (806.749.COOL)

Sewage is backing up into the house!

Avoid trying to fix this problem and call Sinclair!

My digital thermostat has no display?

First, check to see if the thermostat requires batteries. If not, uplug the furnace from the wall. Wait for 1 minute and then plug the furnace back in. If the display does not come back on, call Sinclair and we will send a technician.
