At Sinclair, we like to create a family atmosphere so we thought it would be a good idea to share some of our favorite recipes with you.
-3 cans Trappey’s black-eyed peas with jalapenos, rinsed and drained
-2 avocados, diced
-1 can RO*TEL
-1 small bell pepper, diced
-1/2 red or purple onion, diced
-3/4 c. Zesty Italian dressing OR 1 small bottle of Italian dressing
-1 T. lime juice
-1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill for 3-4 hours. If possible, make the night before. Serve with corn chips or favorite chips as a dip.
