Upholding Our Strong Christian Values By Giving Back
Sinclair Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Inc is committed to giving back to the community we serve and live in. We seek opportunities throughout the year to help those in need.
Listed below are the activities that we have supported throughout the years:
- We have sponsored Friendship youth football this past season and sponsored Lubbock Cooper FFA Ag Booster. Whether through Friendship Youth Football League or Lubbock Cooper FFA, we are happy to invest in organizations that will bring up future leaders in our community.
- We won the Best of the West 2017. We take pride in our company and the services we provide and are thankful for the KCBD News Channel 11 Best of the West 2017 award.
- We worked with the Texas Veterans Commission on Housing 4 Texas Heroes. We are forever in debt to those who have fought for our freedom and are happy to donate our time and efforts in offering our gratitude to veterans in need. Through Housing 4 Texas Heroes, Sinclair is able to give back to veterans and their families by obtaining, maintaining, or improving their heating and air conditioning needs.
- We worked with ACCA and other HVAC companies on Heat the Town. Our guys volunteered to run calls and fix heaters for those that could not afford the expense. We have done this for the past 16 years.

What is the life expectancy of my unit?Dependable Bryant and Mitsubishi products are among the longest lasting heating and cooling products available. For your specific equipment, there are many variables that affect life expectancy, and of course, the regularity of routine maintenance.

What does my warranty cover?Under the standard factory warranty, Bryant and Mitsubishi covers parts that fail during the warranty period due to defect in the part. The warranty does not cover labor. A warranty certificate was included with your homeowner information packet, and is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of your products. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, Sinclair Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Inc will also be able to provide you with the information.

Which Bryant or Mitsubishi equipment will best fit my home?There are many factors that affect the sizing and specifications of your system, including square footage, insulation, window surface and configuration, geographic location of your home, duct sizing and arrangement, and many others. Sinclair Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Inc can perform an in-home load analysis to determine which equipment combinations will perfectly suit your home and your family’s needs. Depending upon the construction of your home, one (1) ton of air conditioning can cool anywhere from 300 to 800 square feet of home. The only way to insure the size of the system you purchase will be large enough to cool your home, but not any larger than you need, is to have your home’s individual heating and cooling needs evaluated by a licensed professional.
