Plumbing Repair in Lubbock, TX
Honest Plumbing Repair in Lubbock Since 1980
A visible leak, recurring clog, failed fixture, or sudden loss of water pressure calls for more than another temporary fix. The first step is determining whether the symptom comes from the fixture, a drain blockage, damaged piping, or a larger problem with the property’s water or sewer lines.
We provide residential and commercial plumbing repair throughout the Lubbock area. We assess the problem, explain the likely cause and available options, and use diagnostic tools when needed to locate issues that aren’t immediately visible.
Contact us online or call (806) 454-9332 to request service and describe the problem you’re seeing. If you have an active leak, backup, or burst pipe, tell us the situation is urgent.
Repairs for Leaks, Clogs, Fixtures, & Damaged Lines
Plumbing failures can stop a fixture from working or appear as moisture, noise, odors, slow drainage, or inconsistent pressure. We repair problems involving the fixtures, drains, piping, and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
Our repair services cover:
- Faucets and fixtures: Leaks, damaged components, and fixtures that no longer operate correctly.
- Drains and toilets: Slow drains, sink clogs, clogged toilets, running toilets, and recurring blockages.
- Garbage disposals: Units that jam, leak, or stop operating.
- Water pipes: Leaking, damaged, or burst lines.
- Water heaters: Problems affecting hot water production and equipment performance.
- Sump pumps and sewer systems: Pump failures, sewage backups, and other sewer-related symptoms.
Burst pipes, sewage backups, overflowing fixtures, and uncontrolled leaks are plumbing emergencies. If it’s safe and accessible, shut off the affected fixture or main water supply to limit further damage. Our emergency plumbing repair service is available 24/7.
What to Expect During a Plumbing Repair Visit
We begin by assessing the reported symptom and the affected part of the system. Depending on the issue, we may examine fixtures, check water flow or pressure, observe drain behavior, inspect accessible piping, and look for signs of concealed moisture.
The repair process generally includes:
- Problem assessment: We inspect the affected area and gather details about when and where the symptom occurs.
- Diagnosis: We use appropriate diagnostic tools to identify the source of the leak, blockage, pressure issue, or equipment failure.
- Option review: We explain the likely cause and discuss repair options suited to the situation.
- Repair work: We complete the appropriate work on the affected fixture, component, pipe, drain, or equipment.
Our recommendation depends on the problem’s location, severity, accessibility, and connection to the rest of the system. We can explain whether the work involves repairing a component, replacing a failed part, or correcting a larger water-line, drain, or sewer-line issue.
When Lubbock Plumbing Repairs Require Permits
Permit requirements vary by the type and scope of work. Under City of Lubbock requirements, some ordinary leak, stoppage, and fixture repairs may be exempt when specified conditions are met. Regulated alterations, replacements, and installations may require a permit before work begins.
Water-heater replacement, new plumbing lines, sewer lines, water lines, and work requiring inspection may involve additional local requirements. Once we identify the necessary repair, we can provide guidance based on that project rather than assuming every job follows the same permitting process.

What is the life expectancy of my unit?Dependable Bryant and Mitsubishi products are among the longest lasting heating and cooling products available. For your specific equipment, there are many variables that affect life expectancy, and of course, the regularity of routine maintenance.
-
What does my warranty cover?Under the standard factory warranty, Bryant and Mitsubishi covers parts that fail during the warranty period due to defect in the part. The warranty does not cover labor. A warranty certificate was included with your homeowner information packet, and is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of your products. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, Sinclair Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Inc will also be able to provide you with the information.

Which Bryant or Mitsubishi equipment will best fit my home? There are many factors that affect the sizing and specifications of your system, including square footage, insulation, window surface and configuration, geographic location of your home, duct sizing and arrangement, and many others. Sinclair Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Inc can perform an in-home load analysis to determine which equipment combinations will perfectly suit your home and your family’s needs. Depending upon the construction of your home, one (1) ton of air conditioning can cool anywhere from 300 to 800 square feet of home. The only way to insure the size of the system you purchase will be large enough to cool your home, but not any larger than you need, is to have your home’s individual heating and cooling needs evaluated by a licensed professional.
